Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. While this work occurs, language referencing protected class status or other activities prohibited by Ohio Senate Bill 1 may still appear in some places. However, all programs and activities are being administered in compliance with federal and state law.

Fermi

Fermi is a Gamma-ray Space Telescope. This is formerly known as GLAST. Fermi helps researchers study high energy particles to determine what is happening in and around black holes. This is an improvement on other land based particle accelerators.  NASA has teamed up with the U.S. Department of Energy and institutions in France, Germany, Japan, Italy and Sweden. General Dynamics was chosen to build the spacecraft.
