Ohio State is in the process of revising websites and program materials to accurately reflect compliance with the law. DESI

The Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI) is used to measure the effect of dark energy on the universe. This instrument gathers optical data in order to form a 3D map of the universe. It is located at Kitt Peak and just finished construction in early 2020.
