Last month, an international team of researchers announced the discovery of seven potentially habitable Earth-size planets. While much remains unknown about these exoplanets, artists have come together with scientists to create visual representations of what the terrain might look like to help educate the public. Astrophysicist Paul Sutter said the key to translating out-of-this-world research is to appeal to the five senses that humans share.
