CCAPP is proud to host the 2024 CCAPP Fellows Symposium

The CCAPP postdoctoral fellows, affiliate fellows, and research staff will present their research in short talks in a hybrid event, in person in PRB 1080 (right off the PRB atrium) and also on Zoom (available shortly). The symposium will take place on Wednesday September 25 and Thursday September 26, and coffee and snacks will be provided.

The main motivation of the symposium is to have new and present researchers share their research with the rest of CCAPP, and also help the new arrivals to get acquainted with the other members of the departments.

Everyone from CCAPP, the Department of Astronomy, and the Department of Physics is welcome to attend the symposium in person or online.  Talks will be geared to a general physics/astronomy audience.

The meeting will be broken up generally by subject, with different sessions focusing on research ranging from supernova to gravitational lensing, neutrino detection, dark matter theory and more.

Please find the detailed agenda and abstract at CCAPP Fellow Symposium 2024.
