We are excited that the Arne Slettebak Planetarium at Ohio State is part of the world premiere of “5000 Eyes: Mapping the Universe with DESI” on Saturday, March 4! This is a fulldome film about the Dark Energy Spectroscopic Instrument (DESI), which is creating the most detailed map of our universe using a unique instrument that measures the spectra of many galaxies at once. The DESI team at Ohio State is comprised of researchers from the Departments of Astronomy and Physics, including the Center for Cosmology and AstroParticle Physics.
