Dark Energy Survey Weak Lensing Workshop (DESWL2016)

November 29 - December 2, 2016
Organized by Klaus Honscheid, Kristy Krehnovi, Niall MacCrann, Ashley Ross, and Michael Troxel.

The Center for Cosmology and AstroParticle Physics (CCAPP) at The Ohio State University (OSU) is hosting the 2016 Dark Energy Survey (DES) Weak Lensing workshop in Columbus, Ohio.
DES is now poised to make ground-breaking astrophysical discoveries and the most precise constraints ever on Dark Energy and gravity on cosmic scales. This workshop will bring 20-30 world-leading experts on weak lensing, large-scale structure, and observational cosmology, including post-docs and students, to CCAPP to work on analysis DES weak lensing data taken during the first year of the DES survey.
The workshop will focus primarily on bringing together collaborators for intensive, hack-style work on finalising Year 1 weak lensing science analyses.
